INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED

Wrongly shipped items should be report immediately to wendysbooks2@gmail.com with your details, a description of the problem and some photos of the issue.  From these details TinSignFactory will be able to advise the next course of action which will usually be to either provide replacement parts or to initiate a return.

Any damage from shipping should be reported immediately to wendysbooks2@gmail.com. You will receive a return authority and goods will be organised to be returned at the sellers cost and replaced or refunded as per customer request.
